Steadrun Refund Policy

1. Monthly ops hosting fee is billed in advance and is non-refundable for the current period, except: if you cancel within the first 30 days of a Company's first paid month we refund that month in full, once per Client.
2. Revenue share and ad platform fees are calculated on transactions and spend that actually occurred and are non-refundable; the monthly fee already paid is credited against them (Ops Hosting Agreement §9.4), and nothing is ever charged for failed or cancelled tasks (§9.5).
3. Ad spend is paid by you to the advertising platform through your own account; Steadrun does not collect or refund it.
4. Service failure. If the Service fails to run any scheduled operation for a Company for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, we credit that month's ops hosting fee.
5. How. Email billing@steadrun.com (until the domain is live: steadrun@aurora-studio.net). Refunds are processed by a person, to the original payment method, within 10 business days. The automated Service never issues refunds.
